The family early-access list.
We're rolling out to Manitoba families slowly through 2026. Here's why, what early access actually gets you, and how to get on the list before public launch.
We're rolling out to Manitoba families slowly through 2026. Here's why, what early access actually gets you, and how to get on the list before public launch.
The fastest way to ruin a discovery platform is to launch it before the catalog is full. A parent who searches for "robotics in Brandon, age 9" and finds two stale entries from 2024 doesn't come back. So we're growing the family side at the same pace as the org side: as more member orgs join and publish their programs, more families get invited in.
The early list is the queue for that invitation. Manitoba launch is 2026 — but if you're on the list, you're in well before the public website starts pointing here.
Every approved member org's programs, searchable by age, neighborhood, type, and schedule. The same directory the public site will eventually show — you just see it first.
A map of every member org in the province, with pins you can click to see what they run and when. Especially handy outside Winnipeg, where "what's near me" is otherwise impossible to answer.
Save orgs you like; we'll notify you when they post a new program. Save program pages; you can come back and register when the window opens.
A short weekly email with what's newly posted in your region, in your kid's age band, in the categories you've followed. Opt-out anytime; we never share your email.
Early access is honest about the unfinished bits. As of May 2026, registration still happens on each org's site — CommunATI links you there, but we don't process payments. Federated search across multiple orgs is in progress. A few of the smaller regions don't have enough member orgs on the platform yet to be useful — Winnipeg, Brandon, and the Eastman/Interlake corridors are densest first. We tell you when something isn't ready instead of fake-filling it.
We store the minimum to run the account: an email address, the regions and age bands you've said you care about, and whichever orgs and programs you've saved. We don't sell email lists. We don't share data with funders or third parties. We're a Canadian company, our database lives in Canada Central, and we follow PIPEDA. If you ever want your account deleted, one email gets it done — no retention games.
Head to the family early-access form. It asks for your email, your region, and roughly what age your kid is. That's it. We'll send a confirmation, and you're in the queue for the next batch of invites.
If you'd rather wait for public launch, that's fine too. We'll get there in 2026. The early list just gets you a head start — and helps us pace the rollout so it's actually good when it lands in your inbox.
One form, takes a minute. We'll loop you in as Manitoba programs come online in your region.
